A woman caught on video was very angry and shouting at a fastfood crew because she wants to get the same product presentation of her orders as what is seen on the menu.
The management explained that their packaging has already changed because it's Christmas season.
One of the crew said, they already know the customer and she is known in making scenes in different food chains. The crew added that the angry customer said to be rich.
